Is an alternative to mirror silver hot stamping foils. This thermal transfer ribbon prints on almost all label materials! It achieves an excellent result on coated and high-gloss papers and foils (PE, PP, PET) that have a suitable top coat. On uncoated paper the result is a matt silver shimmering print. The quality has a high sensitivity, is gentle on the print head and can be processed at speeds of over 200 mm/s.
It is suitable for all flat-head printers - but not for near-edge printing systems.
Coating-wise, it is a resin grade whose focus is on universal use on numerous materials rather than high resistance. The print has limited smudge and erasure resistance. In the area of chemical resistance, good resistance to engine oil and brake fluid and medium resistance to diesel and alcohol should be mentioned.
The main applications are graphically demanding labels for food, spirits, perfume etc. where the effect is that of a "silver embossing" - but produced purely digitally without the need for complex embossing tools! The quality is also suitable as an alternative to white for high-contrast printing on dark and transparent materials.

For an optimal use of material and the best price, the jumbo roll width should be used completely. The minimum quantity for a made-to-measure order is 200m².
